‍Reichardt Noce & Young LLC is looking for an associate attorney to help represent and defend our law firm’s clients. We are a growing civil defense firm in St. Louis County, Missouri, that represents businesses, governmental entities, educational institutions, insurance companies and their insureds in Missouri and Illinois.

What we need: We want a professional who is enthusiastic and wants to learn to take on a wide range of ligation responsibilities.

The ideal candidate:

·         Has a J.D. and strong academic credentials from an accredited law school;

·         Is licensed or willing to become licensed in Missouri (Illinois optional);

·         Has strong writing skills;

·         Has some experience in civil litigation.

What the associate attorney does: Our vision for this position is someone who with training can learn to tackle a number of litigation responsibilities for our clients, such as:

·         Conducting legal research;

·         Preparing legal pleadings;

·         Drafting legal briefs and memoranda;

·         Attending court hearings;

·         Helping prepare written discovery;

·         Taking and defending depositions;

·         Assisting senior attorneys with these tasks as well preparation for trial.

Growing St. Louis civil litigation firm is seeking a full-time paralegal with at least 1 year of experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, legal research and investigative skills, experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, and the ability to work independently.  In addition, the individual should have excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
